Like all 'people' businesses, it is the skills, aptitudes and attitudes of the people we employ which makes us what we are. Naturally, therefore, we tend to be quite selective when recruiting new consultants to join our team.
The majority of our staff are permanent employees. Many join us as experienced hires, typically with at least two years IT experience. However, we also operate an effective graduate training programme, and each year we recruit a number of business and computer science graduates, investing in their training and development and helping them develop a career in IT.
When an assignment demands a highly specific skillset, or to cover peaks of work, we supplement our permanent team with associates - independent IT consultants with proven technical expertise and strong consulting skills. We build and maintain lasting relationships with our associates, and as one assignment ends we are often very successful in finding a suitable role for our associates on one of our other projects or at a different customer site.
