Working alongside our consultants in multi-disciplinary project teams, associates – freelance professionals with specialist industry sector, solution domain or technical skills – play a key role in maintaining our delivery capability.
Associates give us additional flexibility and access to the specialist skills we sometimes need to inject into our project teams to deliver solutions to our customers.
We get to know our associates very well – and they us. Often, relationships begin t0 develop naturally as we work alongside each other on customer sites. At other times, associates come to us through recommendation from our customers, from current associates, or via our network.
