Our graduate programme offers an opportunity to get to grips with modern enterprise-class technologies, working for a company that is big enough to offer a career path but small enough to treat everyone as an individual. The progamme is not solid training: in parallel, you will be working on ‘live’ customer projects. We operate a mentoring programme as well as a more informal ‘buddy’ scheme, so you will never find yourself out of your depth. It helps that we also tend to work in teams, which makes it easy for less experienced consultants to ask more experienced colleagues for help.
Your progression will be planned and set out in a personal development plan. The pace at which you move through our graduate programme will depend entirely on how quickly you can put into practice what you learn.
We look for potential, a great attitude and the ability to learn, and we offer a competitive starting salary with increments related to personal performance. After successfully completing the graduate programme and spending a further year or so gaining experience you can expect to be earning £30,000 pa, and we offer a range of additional benefits including pension, private healthcare, flexible holiday entitlement and a generous travel expenses allowance.
