Middlesex Water chooses Oracle
This particular Middlesex is not in South-West London, but a company providing water and sewage services to New Jersey and Delaware. They have selected Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, and Work and Asset Management, among other packages, to better support their business.
In particular they are spurred on by a need to support public private finance initiatives, provide clearer management information, streamline their operations, such as physical asset management, and improve customer service.
The full rollout and migration from legacy systems is expected to take up to 18 months.
