IT services companies such as ours live and die by the quality of its people. You will not be surprised, therefore, that we are extremely selective when it comes to choosing new team members.

Most of our staff are permanent employees and normally join us as experienced hires, typically with at least two years IT experience. A very few join us as trainees and we invest heavily in their training and development.

Occasionally we have need to supplement our permanent team with associates (contract staff) to cover peaks of demand or specialist skills that we do not carry. Our intention is to form long-lasting relationships with our associates. As one assignment ends, we are often very successful in finding a suitable role on one of our other projects or at a different customer site.
