Intellectual capability is important, but we also ensure there are no inflated egos. We look for team players, we prize emotional maturity, an ability to take responsibility and the willingness to expend whatever effort is required to complete a task on time to the right level of quality.
Our selection process is rigorous, consisting of intensive interviews and tests. We also use weekend assessment days for some roles.
