Countrywide Surveyors

Historically, the processes involved in taking an instruction from a morgage lender to carry out a survey, through to delivery of the survey back to the lender and house buyer, were slow, labour intensive and prone to human error.

DB Consulting developed a bespoke solution for Countrywide Surveyors, incorporating Tablet PC mobile data capture, removing the necessity for manual data entry and re-keying. The new system includes back office appointment-booking, scheduling, sign-off and approval processing. Lenders are able to track progress through a customer portal.

Built on a foundation of Microsoft .NET technologies, the system is fully integrated with the leading banks and building societies, reducing survey turnaround times and providing clear competitive advantage for Countrywide Surveyors.
